As always, the staff at Mountain View Tire $ Auto Service were outstanding on Saturday, 07/18/2026. I, on just about every occasion, show up at the last minute of the day. The staff is always professional, courteous, and patient. Before taking my keys, they always provide me with a hard copy receipt as well as a verbal explanation of the work they will be doing and, the approximate price for the job, leaving zero room for misunderstandings. The customer service and work quality are A-1 at Mountain View Time & Auto Service.

700 for rear brakes and rotors, 204 just for the pads that AutoZone next to them quoted me a price of 40. Not sure why they have a resurfacing discount on the bill. For new rotors. I guess I will have them looked at to see if they are new or not. Very basic old school brake job not complicated or high tech. 700 is just crazy. Live and learn. I have also found out that OEM PARTS where not used , after market parts. FRAUD. I CLEARLY PAID FOR OEM AT ALMOST DOUBLE THE COST.....REALLY. NOW I HAVE TO GO IN AND DEAL WITH THIS... I am happy to hear how eager you are to correct this and STRIVE for fair service. I look forward to seeing OSCAR AND KEVIN and resolving this. I came to store and you guys were not there. I talked to mechanic and auto parts store and they said parts ARE NOT OEM. EVEN THOUGH THE INVOICE SAYS THEY ARE!!!!!!!!!

OVERCHARGING FOR PARTS - Do not recommend anyone come here after seeing what they billed my sisters boyfriend. They will take advantage of people that are in a tough position and need to get their vehicle on the road again. Charging over $2400 for a Catalytic converter that costs $1600 at the Kia dealership here in Fontana is absurd. You can also get an aftermarket part for less than $1000. We will be verifying they actually used a Kia part and not the aftermarket cheaper one.

Came in for a AC refrigerant recharge. Picked up the car after they were done with it...AC blew in warm air so I took it back after driving down the street. They did a valve change then called me back to come pick it up the Monday after, turned on the AC and it blew less warm than the first time. I paid approx $800. By Thursday of the same week, AC is blowing warm air (warmer than orig) I am probably just going to accept this loss as I dont believe they are capable of fixing it and just ask for more and more money. I do not recommend.

If you want to be valued as a customer, stay away from this company. I ordered tires from this incompetent company in mid-December of last year and was supposed to get a call for installation once the tires arrived. Never received a call, and when I called them, they said, "Oh, we forgot to call you." Anyhow, I asked for a full refund, and the manager promised to issue one. Today is Jan 19, and no refund. Complete frauds here. STAY AWAY
